We want your arrival and departure to be as comfortable as your stay.

High season (winter, summer and holidays)
• Check-in: 16:00 to 21:00 hs
• Check-out: 08:00 to 10:00 hs

Low season (rest of the year)
• Check-in: 13:00 to 21:00 hs
• Check-out: 08:00 to 10:00 hs

If you need different hours, let us know before you arrive. As long as availability allows, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Before your arrival, our reception team will get in touch to coordinate the key handover and walk you to your cabin. Likewise, before your departure we'll reach out to arrange check-out and key return, so all you have to think about is enjoying your mountain experience.

Question 2

Housekeeping and linens

We want your stay to be comfortable from the very first moment. That's why all our cabins include linens, so all you have to think about is enjoying the mountains.

During the winter season, we also include towels in the rate. The rest of the year, we recommend bringing your own for greater comfort.

Housekeeping service runs during the high winter and summer seasons, so you can fully enjoy your rest. The rest of the year, the cabins are handed over impeccably prepared and stocked with cleaning supplies, letting you live the experience with more independence and at your own pace.

Question 3

Heating

Accepted Answer

Warmth is also part of the experience.

That's why our cabins feature an 8,500 Kcal double-combustion Bosca wood stove, ideal for enjoying the warmth and charm of authentic days in the mountains. During the winter season, they also have gas heaters to guarantee maximum comfort on the coldest days.

During winter, the rate includes a daily basket of firewood, plus stove cleaning and prep service. Each day our team leaves it ready so all you have to do is light it and enjoy the warmth.

In addition, our heating system doesn't depend on electricity, which keeps the cabin comfortable even during potential power outages.

The rest of the year, if you want to use the stove, you can request additional firewood at an extra cost.

Question 4

Parking

We want you to enjoy the mountains comfortably and safely throughout your stay.

During spring, summer and autumn, you can park your vehicle next to your cabin for greater convenience.

In the winter season, we have a parking lot exclusively for our guests, located outside the cabin grounds and connected by pedestrian paths.

For safety reasons and to preserve the experience of enjoying the complex surrounded by snow, vehicles aren't allowed into the cabin area during winter.

This way, the common spaces stay safer, calmer and ready for adults and kids to fully enjoy the mountain setting.

Each season offers a different way to discover Los Molles and the Cordillera de los Andes. During your stay you can enjoy activities and experiences at your own pace, surrounded by unique landscapes, clean air and nature.

Question 6

Pets

Accepted Answer

We know that for many people pets are part of the family. That's why, in some cases and by prior request, we can allow them to stay in our cabins.

We accept one small pet per cabin (up to 10 kg), with up-to-date vaccinations and always under the care and responsibility of their owners.

To ensure good coexistence and the care of our facilities, pets must remain accompanied at all times and respect the complex's rules.

We don't accept pets during the winter season.

If you'd like to travel with your pet, ask us before making your reservation and we'll be glad to review your request.

Question 7

Rates and reservations

Accepted Answer

We want the reservation process to be simple, clear and personalized.

Via WhatsApp we'll send you all the information about rates, availability, included services and booking conditions for your travel dates.

Once your pre-booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the details of your stay and the instructions needed to make payment and finalize the reservation securely.

Our team will be available to support you every step of the way and answer any question, so all you have to focus on is planning your next mountain experience.

Question 8

Cancellations

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know in writing via email at info@complejolosmolles.com.

Depending on the notice we receive, the following deductions will apply to the amount paid:
• 31 days or more: 10%
• Between 30 and 15 days: 50%
• Between 14 and 8 days: 70%
• 7 days or less: 100%

We don't issue cash refunds. The corresponding amounts will be credited to the guest for use on a future stay.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the cancellation date and can be used for a new reservation, at the rates in effect at the time of rescheduling.

Cancellation policies don't apply to reservations with pending or overdue payments.

Question 9

Date changes

Accepted Answer

We know that plans can change. Date changes are subject to our current cancellation policy, so any rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and the creation of a new one.

We can't reschedule due to situations outside the complex's control, such as weather conditions, road status, closure of the Argentina-Chile International Pass or closure of the Las Leñas ski resort. We recommend checking travel conditions before setting out.

Question 10

Early departures

If you decide to end your stay before the planned date, we can't issue refunds for unused nights or services.

Question 11

Late arrivals

Accepted Answer

If for any reason your arrival is delayed, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate your reception in the best way.

Nights not used due to arrivals after the reserved date can't be refunded or rescheduled. If we don't receive prior notice, the reservation may be considered cancelled, and the deposit paid will be lost.

If upon arrival you decide to reduce the number of nights booked, the conditions of the originally confirmed reservation will be maintained.

Question 12

Short-notice reservations

Accepted Answer

If your trip is coming up soon, we may request full payment of the stay at the time of confirming the reservation. This allows us to guarantee your lodging and organize all the details of your arrival.

Question 13

Reservation payment

Accepted Answer

To guarantee your reservation, we request an advance deposit according to the conditions provided at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at check-in, according to the agreed rate.

Rates may be updated without prior notice. The value of your stay is only confirmed once the corresponding deposit has been credited.

We currently don't accept credit cards as a payment method.

For any question, our team will be available to support you throughout the entire booking process.

Responsibility

We're glad to provide information and recommendations on excursions, transfers, rentals and other activities to enjoy the mountains.

However, these services are provided by independent companies or professionals, so Los Molles Complejo Turístico isn't responsible for inconveniences, cancellations, accidents, losses or situations arising from their use.
